Across the Atlantic ~ Arrival in WarsawDepart today on board your overnight transatlantic jet flight to Warsaw, arriving the following day. Enjoy a full meal service as well as in-flight entertainment such as movies, music, etc.
Upon your arrival in Warsaw, you will meet your pilgrimage escort and driver at the airport exit where they will escort you to your deluxe, air-conditioned motorcoach. We will then transfer to our hotel to check in and freshen up before starting our day. We will start our activities with a guided tour of the Old Quarter of Warsaw. Enjoy the ambience of the market square with its scenic narrow and winding streets, and make a stop at the 14th century Archcathedral of St. John. Walk past the Royal Castle, a magnificent example of baroque architecture, built on this site originally for the Mazovian Dukes and now, a museum housing furniture and various objects of art. We will celebrate Mass this day at a local church. We will end the night with dinner (included) and an overnight in Warsaw. (D)

Warsaw ~ Niepokalanów ~ Świnice Warckie ~ Głogowiec ~ PłockAfter breakfast and hotel check out, we will board our coach and drive to Niepokalanow (City of the Immaculate Mother of God) and visit the Franciscan Monastery connected with Saint Maximilian Kolbe. We continue our day with a stop in Swinice Warckie to visit the church of St. Casimir, the site of baptism for Saint Faustina. We then transfer to Glogowiec to visit the family home of Saint Faustina. After lunch on your own, we will continue onto Plock and visit the convent where Saint Faustina lived in 1931. It is here that Jesus appeared to her, bringing the wonderful message of Divine Mercy for all of mankind and asking her to “paint a picture according to the image that you see.” We will have the immense privilege to celebrate Mass at the Convent’s Chapel. Following Mass, we will have dinner (included) and an overnight in Plock. (B, D)

Płock ~ Łódź ~ CzęstochowaAfter breakfast and hotel check-out, we will board our motorcoach and start driving towards Czestochowa. On the way, we will stop in Lodz, a city dedicated to Saint Faustina. We will then take time to visit Venice Park, where Saint Faustina had an encounter with Jesus: "How long shall I put up with you and how long will you keep putting me off?" We will then visit the Cathedral of Saint Stanislaus, the very place where Saint Faustina received her vocation: "Go at once to Warsaw; you will enter a convent there." After free time for lunch, we will continue onto our final destination of Czestochowa. We will make our way to the Jasna Gora Monastery and celebrate Mass in one of the many chapels. After Mass, we will participate in a guided tour of the Monastery and see the Treasury, the Knight's Hall, the Refectory, the Basilica of the Holy Cross and the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. The highlight of our visit will be a viewing of the famous icon of the Black Madonna to which many miracles are attributed. We will close the day with dinner (included) and an overnight in Czestochowa. (B, D)

Częstochowa ~ Auschwitz ~ KrakówWe will start the day with breakfast and after we check out of our hotel, will make our way back to the Jasna Gora Monastery for Mass. Following Mass, we start our journey to Krakow. Along the way, we will stop at the Nazi concentration camp of Auschwitz where Saint Teresa Benedicta (Edith Stein) faced martyrdom and Saint Maximilian Kolbe died in the death block from starvation after volunteering his life for that of a fellow prisoner. After an emotionally chilling visit to Auschwitz, we will continue to our final destination of Krakow. We will conclude the day with dinner (included) and overnight in Krakow. (B, D)

Kraków ~ Wieliczka Salt MineWe will begin the morning with breakfast and Mass at a local church in Krakow. After Mass, enjoy a privately guided tour of Krakow. Start with Wawel Hill and Wawel Cathedral, one of the most beautiful Renaissance residences in Central Europe. Continue to Market Square via Kanonicza Street and pass by the Papal Window of the Bishop's Palace from which Pope Saint John Paul II used to address his followers. We will see the patio of Collegium Maius where the Pope was a student. We conclude the morning tour with a visit to St. Mary’s Church, famous for its Wit Stwosz’s wooden altar. After lunch, we will depart for our excursion to Wieliczka. There, we will visit Europe's oldest salt mine which has been listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. After the Salt Mine, we will return to Krakow for dinner (included) and another overnight. (B, D)

Kraków ~ Divine Mercy Sanctuary ~ Have No Fear CenterAfter breakfast, we will visit the Divine Mercy Sanctuary. See images of the Merciful Jesus, venerate relics of Saint Faustina, and make a visit to the Saint's convent chapel and her tomb. We will celebrate Mass at the shrine and afterwards, enjoy a talk given by one of the nuns. We then make our way to the "Have No Fear" Center dedicated to Pope Saint John Paul II where we will have time to pray and venerate his relics. After scheduled free time to shop and explore, we will make our way back to the hotel for dinner (included) and an overnight in Krakow. (B, D)

A Day Trip to ZakopaneAfter breakfast in Krakow, we will take a day trip to Zakopane, Poland's winter capital nestled in the Tatra Mountains. Enjoy lunch on your own, followed by a visit to some of Zakopane's best sites. We will visit Jaszczurowka Chapel, stroll through the local bazaars on Krupowki Street, and take a funicular to the Gubalowka mountain top for extraordinary views of the beautiful Tatras Mountains. After a breathtaking retreat in Zakopane, we return to Krakow for dinner (included) and our final overnight Krakow. (B, D)

Kraków ~ Wadowice ~ PragueAfter breakfast and hotel check-out, we will leave Poland for Prague. On the way, we will stop in Wadowice to visit the birthplace of Pope Saint John Paul II and his childhood home which is now a museum and the Church of the Presentation of the Virgin Mary where the Saint was baptized. We continue our journey to Prague, stopping for lunch en route. Upon our arrival, we will check into our hotel, have dinner (included), and have a free evening to explore the beautiful city. Overnight in Prague. (B, D)

Day in Prague ~ The Journey HomeWaking up to the beauty of Prague, we will start our day with breakfast at the hotel. Following breakfast, we will enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Prague focusing on Hradcany Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, the Royal Castle, St. George’s Basilica, and the Church of Our Lady Victorious where you see the Statue of the Infant Jesus of Prague. After lunch, we will cross the Charles Bridge visiting the Old Town, the Market Square, “Astronomical Clock”, Wenceslas Square and Josefov, and the Jewish quarter. The rest of the day is scheduled free time to explore and complete any last-minute shopping. We will gather together one final time for a delicious farewell dinner (included). Overnight in Prague. The next morning, with vivid memories of Poland and Prague, we transfer to the airport and board the return flight back home, arriving the same day. (B)

- There are limitations that airlines impose on group flight reservations. These limitations include:
- Group flight tickets are in economy class and cannot be upgraded
- Airlines assign group flight seats at random. Seat preferences cannot be requested (including sitting next to one's spouse)
- Group flight tickets cannot deviate from the group flight itinerary (must arrive on the same date, time, and location as the rest of the group)
- Group flight tickets cannot be purchased with airline miles
If you wish to fly in an upgraded class, choose your seat assignment, arrive early or depart later, or use miles to pay for your airfare, please elect to arrange your own airfare separate from the group flight reservation. ETIAS Travel Authorization
The ETIAS travel authorization to Europe has been postponed and will not be starting operations until the last quarter of 2026.
This means that this pilgrimage to Poland & Prague MAY NOT need to apply for the ETIAS travel authorization. If the start of ETIAS is moved up to become mandatory by the start of this pilgrimage, we will surely let all pilgrims know in a timely fashion.
St. Charles Pilgrimages LLC will follow the timeline of the ETIAS Travel Authorization release closely and will inform pilgrims of any updates as they are released. At this time, no further action is necessary.

- We highly encourage each pilgrim to purchase a travel insurance policy. Ultimately, like all types of insurance, the level of coverage you purchase will have a direct correlation to the price of your policy.

Payment Schedule
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is due upon registration.
- Final payment/remainder of balance is due by January 14, 2026.
- Late bookings after 90 days prior to departure require payment in full at time of booking.

- ACH (eCheck): 1% + 0.30 cents processing fee
- Credit Card: 1% + 0.30 cents processing fee + 2.9% CC fee (AMEX is 3.9%)
Cancellation Policy- With the exception of the deposit, all payments are 100% refundable if a cancellation request is received before 90 days prior to departure.
- With the exception of the deposit, all payments are 50% refundable if a cancellation request is received from 90 days to 31 days prior to departure.
- There are no refunds for cancellation requests received after 30 days prior to departure.
